What regions do you serve?
Details and Decor is based out of Marietta, GA we serve the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. We also travel all through out the southeast region
How much is it to Book?
To Book Our Team We Require a 30% non-refundable deposit, to secure your date. Deposits are transferable depending on our availability, bookings must be booked at least 4 weeks before your event
Do I need to sign a contract?
YES, A contract must be signed to be added to our calendar. This Protects both parties
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is Due 5 days before your event. Last minute events booked within 3 weeks must be paid in full
Do you have any minimums?
Yes, Our minimum for Installation and delivery is $300
Will you deliver & Install at my event?
If your order minimum of $300 is met, we’d love to install our decor for you. Delivery times are scheduled based on your event setup time and venue
Will the weather affect my booking?
The weather is unpredictable so if your event is outside, it can affect your booking. A Plan B is recommended For outdoor events that are held in extreme heat an additional $50 fee is required
What is a grab & go garland?
Our grab & go garlands are a budget friendly alternative, that still carries a big impact. Our grab & go garlands are fully inflated & designed by us, and they are picked up and hung by you. Easy to follow hanging instructions and hanging materials are included.
When & Where can I pick up my grab and go garland?
pickups are scheduled through our site and can be picked up within the scheduled time window at 2955 Cobb Pkwy Atlanta, GA 30339
How long will my balloons last?
We only uses the highest quality balloons & supplies, however some may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been officially put into the clients possession. Environmental factors such as weather, children, pets, rough surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions can jeopardize the lifespan of your balloons. With that being said indoor balloons can last up to a month, in a climate controlled space. Outdoor balloons can last a few days if not in direct heat and sunlight.
